WhatsApp known as the no.1 Private Messaging app, It has 1.5 billion active users in over 180 countries.
WhatsApp is aimed to provide a private chat interface which people can use for Private chat, But now some people are misusing this app.
The Company clearly stated that its products are not intended for bulk or automated messaging and these are against its terms of service.
Facebook-owned messaging app WhatsApp decided to take legal action against the people who misuse the app, send bulk messages to people or send automated messages.
The company decided to punish those people legally who use WhatsApp for sending Bulk Message.
In this Update, “Unauthorized usage of WhatsApp” policy company said if any individual or company found sending bulk messages using WhatsApp will face legal action from December 7 onwards.
It said, beginning on December 7, 2019, WhatsApp will take legal action against those we determine are engaged in or assisting others in abuse that violates our Terms of Service, such as automated or bulk messaging, or non-personal use, even if that determination is based on information solely available to us off our platform“.

This Update Will Control Fake News
WhatsApp is also used for spreading out fake news, as you know WhatsApp has a huge audience, over 1.5 billion users. For Scammers, It is the best method to make viral fake news.
After this update, fake news will be controlled by WhatsApp itself. WhatsApp will ban those accounts or take legal action against whoever found doing so from December 7 onwards.
